How It Works

Albert Einstein's mass-energy equivalence principle establishes that mass and energy are interchangeable manifestations of the same fundamental physical reality. A resting particle possesses an enormous intrinsic reservoir of rest energy equal to its rest mass scaled by the speed of light squared, forming the basis of nuclear reactions.
